According to a method of managing a mail by using messaging of the present invention, provided is a method executed by a server accessible to a mail reception box of a user, which includes the steps of: the server checking at least one mail selected from mails stored in the mail reception box to be shared with and transmitted to a program installed to a wireless terminal of the user; the server processing a message for transferring text contents of the selected mail to transmit the message to the program installed to the wireless terminal of the user; the server authorizing access to the selected mail by selecting and authenticating a one time number (OTN) generated by the program of the wireless terminal; and the server transmitting data corresponding to the text contents of the selected mail by using the program installed to the wireless terminal of the authorized user. |
