The present invention discloses a welding tip changing device for a welder. According to the present invention, welding tips of welding robots used in vehicle body manufacturing plants and the like can be changed automatically. The present invention includes a fixed bracket that is fixed to a base; an actuator that is coupled with the fixed bracket; a first moving member that is moved by the actuator; a second moving member that is coupled with the first moving member and is hinge-coupled with the fixed bracket; a third moving member that is hinge-coupled with the second moving member; a first welding tip removing member that is coupled with the third moving member and separates a welding tip coupled with a shank; a fourth moving member that is moved by the actuator and is arranged on the side opposite to the first moving member to correspond to the first moving member; a fifth moving member that is coupled with the fourth moving member and is hinge-coupled with the fixed bracket; a sixth moving member that is coupled with the fifth moving member; and a second welding tip removing member that is coupled with the sixth moving member and is relatively moved with respect to the first welding tip removing member.
