PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out information distribution such as weather forecast, advertisement, and various guides by means of an article collection device, in a multiple-family dwelling and stores like convenience stores in which the article collection device is arranged, and to deal with occurrence of an emergency such as intrusion, robbery, a fire and a leakage of water by making use of infrastructure that is used for the information distribution.SOLUTION: In an article collection device 100 which accepts delivered articles by using an article collection box 101 that is locked by an electric lock, information contents are reproduced which are transmitted from an information distribution server by a display that is arranged on the outside of a housing for storing the article collection box 101. Also, in accordance with the output of a switch/sensor 322 which is operated in an emergency or which detects occurrence of an emergency, emergency display is performed which announces occurrence of an emergency by using the display. |
