<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing apparatus, an augmented reality display system, a viewing user registration method, and a program capable of simply and appropriately selecting a user that can view a virtual object.SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus registering a viewing user of an augmented reality display system that displays a virtual object on an image display device of a user registered as a browsing user, comprises: storage means storing therein a user information table in which user information including a position of a user is registered per user, and a virtual object information table in which virtual object information including a position and a direction of a virtual object are registered per virtual object; and registration means registering a user included in a predetermined viewing range in a direction of a front surface of a virtual object of interest as a viewing user of the virtual object of interest on the basis of the position and the direction of the virtual object of interest and the position of the user.</p> |
