<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of bulk recovery of non-woven fabric which can recover bulk of non-woven fabric certainly and steadily by heating the non-woven fabric effectively by heated fluid.SOLUTION: When non-woven fabric 2 being transported and containing thermoplastic fiber is taken to an internal space 9 of a heating chamber 8 of a heater 3 heating the non-woven fabric 2, and the non-woven fabric 2 in the internal space 9 of the heating chamber 8 is sprayed fluid from an entrance 9a of the non-woven fabric side in the internal space 9 of the heating chamber 8, the fluid is sprayed within the internal space 9 of the heating chamber 8 with a flow rate faster than a conveying speed of the non-woven fabric 2, and the non-woven fabric 2 is heated for 0.2-4 seconds at a temperature equal to or higher than a temperature 50°C lower than a melting point of the thermoplastic fiber and lower than the melting point.</p> |
