PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To identify an operation device both inside and outside a house that has transmitted an operation command and perform appropriate corresponding processing in accordance with the position of the operation device, such as restriction of an operation and prohibition of a temperature change.SOLUTION: A water heater includes a heat pump unit 7, a hot water storage tank 8, a tank unit 33, a control device 36, a kitchen remote controller 44a, a bathroom remote controller 44b, a communication control device 51 and the like. The communication control device 51 receives an operation instruction transmitted from a remote communication terminal such as a portable terminal 61 and a tablet terminal 62 for setting a target hot water supply temperature of the water heater, and transmits the operation instruction to the control device 36. When priority is not set on the bathroom remote controller 44b, the control device 36 allows execution of the operation instruction transmitted from the remote communication terminal, and changes the target hot water supply temperature on the basis of the operation instruction. In contrast, when the priority is set on the bathroom remote controller 44b, the control device 36 prohibits the execution of the operation instruction. |
