The present invention relates to a smart work-based production process management support system through work information and achievement structure reestablishment in a shipyard and a management method of a production process management support system. A smart work-based production process management support system through work information and achievement structure reestablishment in a shipyard according to the present invention includes: a database where execution plan information according to production plan in the shipyard, daily work information including work instruction per department according to the execution plan information, achievement, checking items, work result and work inquiry and process chart information including process status are stored; a management server which comprises a work instruction and achievement module, a process chart module checking item module and a work result module by being divided into three areas of a business facade, a business component and a data access component according to a component based design method in order to control the execution plan information and the daily work information, by being communicated to the database; and a client which is connected to a user corresponding to at least one of a production manager, a field worker and a work manager according to authority, and calls the work instruction and achievement module, the process chart module checking item module and the work result module by communicating with the management server, and then manages the called module through inquiry, input, correction and deletion of the daily work information, the process chart information and the execution plan information. A user can efficiently manage overall work in real-time by managing this production process management support system.
