PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To present a machine that a user who is an operator can smoothly operate by determining compatibility between machine operability and the user's ability to handle machine operation.SOLUTION: A human-machine matching apparatus 1 stores a machine type classified based on operability of each machine operating in response to an operator's operation in a machine type DB 15. The human-machine matching apparatus 1 determines compatibility between an operator type classified based on the operator's ability to handle machine operation and the machine type classified based on the machine operability. Furthermore, the human-machine matching apparatus 1 creates determination result information on the compatibility of the operator with the machine whose machine type is stored in the machine type DB on the basis of a determination result of the determination as to the compatibility between the operator type of the designated operator and the machine type, and outputs the determination result information.
