PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric connection box which enables a cover to be easily assembled to a base and achieves high waterproofness.SOLUTION: An electric connection box 1 includes: a base 2 where multiple electronic components 5 are attached to the upper surface side; an upper cover 3; and a lower cover 4. A peripheral wall 21 of the base 2 has a double wall structure composed of a base outer peripheral wall 22 and a base inner peripheral wall 33. A peripheral wall 31 of the upper cover 3 has a double wall structure composed of a cover outer peripheral wall 32 and a cover inner peripheral wall 33. An upper end part 22a of the base outer peripheral wall 22 is positioned between the cover outer peripheral wall 32 and the cover inner peripheral wall 33. A lower end part 33a of the cover inner peripheral wall 33 is positioned between the base outer peripheral wall 22 and the base inner peripheral wall 23. The cover inner peripheral wall 33 extends downward to a point lower than the cover outer peripheral wall 32. The lower end part 33a of the cover inner peripheral wall 33 is formed into a taper shape.
