PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sentence presentation device, a sentence presentation method and a sentence presentation program capable of presenting a sentence suitable for a language level of a user.SOLUTION: Extraction means extracts a word or an idiom from a voice inputted by the user. History information management means inputs use history information of the extracted word or idiom into a database. Determination means determines a learning level of the user from the use history information of the database. Presentation means presents a sentence to the user based on the use history information and the learning level of the user.
