TENSIONING FORCE CONTROL METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tensioning force control method of a PC cable, enabling the PC cable to be fixed to concrete constituting a prestressed concrete structure while stress of the PC cable is properly held.SOLUTION: The tensioning force control method comprises: a temperature measuring step of measuring the temperature of a measurement place of a PC cable 10 by bringing an infrared thermography 26 close to or abutting it on an outer peripheral surface in the respective measurement places of the cable 10 in a tensioning step of making tensioning force act on the PC cable 10; an actual measurement stress calculation step of calculating actual measurement stress of the measurement place of the cable 10 based on the temperature measured by the temperature measurement step; and a PC steel material fixation step of fixing the PC cable 10 to the concrete 13 when the actual measurement stress calculated by the actual measurement stress calculation step becomes stress required by design or more.
