PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high quality oscillating device which reduces an ambient temperature difference between an oscillator and a control part and suppresses variations in the frequency control voltage due to temperature characteristics of the control part.SOLUTION: An oscillating device includes: an oscillator 20 which has a cap 24 including a vibration element 21 and generates a reference signal by applying a voltage signal to the vibration element 21; a DAC 31 and an operational amplifier 32 which constitute a frequency control voltage control part 35 generating the voltage signal; a temperature sensor 30 connected to the cap 24; and a heat dissipation sheet 12 which are concatenated to the oscillator 20, the DAC 31 and the frequency control voltage control part 35. Thermal conductivity of the heat radiation sheet 12 is 0.4 W/m-K or more and lower than that of the cap 24. |
