PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent product capable of preventing detachment of liquid-permeable layer from absorbent material layer which may occur under using environment (dry state or wet state) while preventing reduction in liquid absorptivity due to hydrophobicity in thermoplastic resin consisting the absorbent material layer by utilizing thermoplastic resin containing monomer component of unsaturated carboxylic acid, unsaturated carboxylic acid anhydride, or mixture thereof as a component of the liquid-permeable layer.SOLUTION: The present invention comprises an absorbent product comprising a liquid-permeable layer, a liquid impermeable layer, an absorbent material layer arranged between the liquid-permeable layer and the liquid impermeable layer, and a jointing part. The liquid-permeable layer contains thermoplastic resin comprising unsaturated carboxylic acid, unsaturated carboxylic acid anhydride, or mixture thereof as a monomer component. The absorbent material layer contains cellulose water absorptive fiber. The jointing part joints the liquid-permeable layer and the absorbent material layer. |
