A method for binding multiple sheets includes: a cutting step in which a cut having a part where a protrusion and a recess face each other is formed in each of the multiple sheets; a stacking step in which the multiple sheets, each having the cut formed therein, are stacked on each other; a folding step in which the multiple sheets are folded along a folding line intersecting the cuts; and an insertion step in which the protrusion formed by a part of each of the cuts so as to be in contact with the peak of the fold, which has been formed in the folding step, is inserted into a part of the cut, the part being in contact with the peak of the fold and being located on the side opposite the protrusion. |
