An array substrate, a liquid crystal display panel and a display device are provided. The array substrate comprises a substrate (1), a thin film transistor pixel array (14) located on the substrate (1) and one or more electroluminescent components (11) arranged between the thin film transistor pixel array (14) and the substrate (1). The electroluminescent component (11) is corresponding to an area of the thin film transistor pixel array (14), and is insulated from the thin film transistor pixel array (14) through a transparent insulating layer (13).
