<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing apparatus which executes designated information processing by use of a terminal device even if the languages used in the information processing apparatus and the terminal device are different from each other.SOLUTION: A terminal device 10 receives a first instruction for instructing an image forming apparatus 20 to execute information processing, from a user by use of a language (English or Vietnamese, for example) used in the device (SB1-SB3). The terminal device 10 generates first instruction data representing the received first instruction in an intermediate language or the like, and transmits it to the image forming apparatus 20 (SB4, SB5). The image forming apparatus 20 uses Japanese, for example, different from the language used in the terminal device 10, and has a function of receiving a second instruction to execute information processing by use of the language to execute the information processing. On receipt of the first instruction data from the terminal device 10, the image forming apparatus 20 executes information processing designated based on the first instruction data.</p> |
