The present invention relates to an organic light emitting device capable of reducing leakage current, and more specifically, to a method of fabricating an organic light emitting device capable of reducing leakage current, which includes a planarization process for a lower electrode to reduce the leakage current from the lower electrode disposed using a shadow mask, and also to the organic light emitting device fabricated by the method.
