PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a component, which is provided in a discharge passage of a fuel cell, from being frozen in the case of subzero activation.SOLUTION: A fuel cell system 100 supplies anode gas and cathode gas to a fuel cell 110 and generates power in accordance with a load. The fuel cell system 100 includes a component 26, 37 or 38 which is provided in a discharge passage 25, 351 or 352 for controlling a state of the fuel cell 110. The fuel cell system 100 then includes: a branch passage 51 which is branched from a cooling water passage 41 and passes the components 26, 37 and 38; and a load regulation part 300 which regulates a load on the basis of required power to the fuel cell 100. Further, the fuel cell system 100 includes a restriction part 200 which restricts the load to be regulated by the load regulation part 300 on the basis of the quantity of generated water with power generation or a temperature difference between the component 26, 37 or 38 and the fuel cell 110 in the case where the temperature of the component is lower than a below-freezing temperature during warming-up of the fuel cell 110. |
