摘要 <p>This present invention provides a significant improvement to a wiring structure for directing external currents from a brush card (11) into a brush (12) through a terminal (14) of a connector (15), wherein the terminal (14) of a connector (15) formed on one side of the brush card (11) is directly connected through spot welding with an extension (17-1) which is extended from one side of a choke coil (17) and wired through a lower part of the brush card (11) toward a connector (15); on the extension(17-1) of the choke coil (17), a conducting wire (16-1) connected to several condensers (17) fixed in the brush card (11) is directly connected through spot welding in the lower part of the brush card (11) to remove noise, AC components, and harmonics from currents flowing from an EMC filter (18) to the brush (12); a DC supply line (17-2) extended from the other end of the choke coil (17) is wired to be fixed on a fixing piece (11-1) on an upper side of the brush card (11) and an AC power supply line (17-2) and a DC inflow line (12-1) whose one side is connected to the brush (12) are directly connected through spot welding. Accordingly, it is possible to provide different effects such as simplified structures with a reduced number of parts, enhanced productivity, and considerable reductions in man hours and production costs due to rapid and easy assembly, a reduction of motor size, and smooth current supply from the terminal (14) of the connector (15) to the brush (12).</p>
