The present invention relates to a pipe welding apparatus having a hollow hole structure to facilitate welding in a straight line part, a curved part, and the vicinity of a flange while a welding torch and a wire feeder move in a guide ring by installing the welding torch and the wire feeder in the guide ring to dispose the guide ring on a weld line. Therefore, the present invention relates to the pipe welding apparatus to weld a pipe (700) comprising: a guide ring (100) to be inserted with the pipe (700); a pipe fixating jig (200) formed in the inner portion of the guide ring (100) to fixate the pipe (700); a driving axis (400) on the upper portion of the guide ring (100) to rotate by driving a drive motor (300); a height axis (410) connected to the driving axis (400) to control the height of the welding torch (600); a wire feeder (500) connected to the driving axis (400) to be guided along a wire feeder guide groove (510) by the rotation of driving axis (400); and a wire guide (520) connected with the wire feeder (500) in the internal of the guide ring (100) to be able to rotate.
