PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of detecting an object based on a photographed image.SOLUTION: A photographed image of one camera attached to a vehicle is acquired, and while the vehicle stops, the camera is moved to change the position of the camera with respect to the vehicle. Then, an object in the photographed image is detected on the basis of a plurality of photographed images from different viewpoints of the camera due to the movement of the vehicle while the vehicle travels. While the vehicle stops, the object in the photographed images is detected on the basis of the photographed images from different viewpoints due to the movement of the camera. Thus, the object can accurately be detected both during traveling of the vehicle and during stop of the vehicle. |
