PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably maintain lubrication for rotary equipment when restarting operation of a binary driving device.SOLUTION: A binary driving device 1 comprises a lubrication mechanism which: evaporates a working medium and generates driving force through expansion of the evaporated working medium; and condenses the expanded working medium and lubricates rotary equipment by supplying lubricant thereto on a circulation passage installed for re-evaporating the condensed working medium. The lubrication mechanism has: an oil separator 13 which separates the lubricant from the working medium; lubricant supply piping 14 which sends the lubricant separated by the oil separator 13 to the rotary equipment; and working medium supply piping 15 which sends the working medium to the rotary equipment before the lubricant is separated therefrom by the oil separator 13. |
