The invention relates to a method for preparing a macaroon shell comprising a main shell (3) and at least one additional element (2), wherein the main shell (3) and the additional element (2) are both made of baked macaroon dough, the additional element (2) having a size smaller than that of the main shell (3). The additional element (2) is made and partially baked during a first step. The partially baked additional element (2) is then placed on the surface of at least one mound of raw macaroon dough for forming the main shell (3), and the unit is fully baked in a second step during which the additional element (2) binds to the main shell (3), and the collar is formed (4). |
