Disclosed are a data receiving and sending method, device and system, relating to the field of communications. The data receiving method comprises: receiving a data carrier; judging polar radius values of a plurality of labelled constellation points borne on the data carrier at predetermined positions on the data carrier, determining a numerical value indicated by the polar radius value of each labelled constellation point in the plurality of labelled constellation points; according to a sequence composed of the numerical values indicated by the polar radius value of each labelled constellation point in the plurality of labelled constellation points, determining a demodulation method for constellation points, other than the plurality of labelled constellation points, borne in the data carrier; and demodulating the constellation points borne in the data carrier other than the plurality of labelled constellation points according to the determined demodulation manner. By using the data receiving and sending method, device and system, a data receiving device can receive amplitude modulation signals of different orders and can use a corresponding demodulation format to perform processing.
