Provided is a vehicle heating device (10a) that is mounted on or incorporated into a vehicle seat (2) below the seat (S) of the vehicle seat (2) and that comprises a housing (20), a fan (14), and a heater (15). The housing (20) comprises: an inlet (11); a left nozzle (12l); a right nozzle (12r); an air curtain nozzle (12c); and an internal space (13) that serves as a flow path for air from the inlet (11) to the left nozzle (12l), the right nozzle (12r), and the air curtain nozzle (12c). The air curtain nozzle (12c) is positioned between the left nozzle (12l) and the right nozzle (12r) and is formed so that, when in use, air that is sent out by the fan (14) is discharged by the air curtain nozzle (12c) in a direction that is inclined upward at an angle of 90° or less with respect to the discharge direction of warm air from the left nozzle (12l) and the right nozzle (12r).
