PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulse signal output circuit capable of operating stably, and also to provide a shift register including the same.SOLUTION: In a pulse signal output circuit, channel length of a transistor constituting a node connected to an output terminal is set longer than channel length of a transistor functioning as the output terminal. Thereby, potential can be stably kept over a long period of time by suppressing leak of current from the node, and a malfunction of the pulse signal output circuit can be prevented. |
