The invention relates to a co-extruded multilayer film (1) having at least two film layers (2), (3), the first outer layer (3) comprising at least one polyolefin and the multilayer film (1) being characterized in that the inner layer (2) is a thermally activatable adhesive layer which contains at least one olefin-based polymer and a tackifier. The invention further relates to a laminate, to a method for producing said laminate and to the use thereof.
