The present invention relates to an apparatus of preparing polymer latex resin powder having excellent color and powder characteristics by introducing a non-continuous screw into a reactor performing aggregation and aging to increase mixing efficiency of steam, latex, and a coagulant to lower a water content of slurry, thus being able to increase drying efficiency, and by reduce the amount of the coagulant, and to a method of preparing polymer latex resin powder by using the same.
