<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle generation control device capable of improving fuel economy during coasting running. <P>SOLUTION: The vehicle generation control device includes a generator that can transmit power to and from vehicle drive wheels and that generates electric power by the transmitted power and a power storage device that exchanges electric power with the generator, and determines a target power generation amount of the generator based on the power storage amount (S401, S402) of the power storage device and generation efficiency (S403, S407) of the generator during vehicle coasting running (S404, S405, S406, S408, S409). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
