DATA DOWNLOAD AND UPLOAD METHOD OF PORTABLE TERMINALS USING MULTI-COMMUNICATION NETWORK AND PORTABLE NEIGHBOUR TERMINALS

A data downloading method comprises the steps of: allowing a mobile terminal to set itself as a master mobile terminal and set an (N-1)(N>=2) number of neighboring mobile terminals as slave mobile terminals; allowing the master mobile terminal and the slave mobile terminals to connect to a URL address of sub data where data is divided through a wireless data communication network and to download the assigned sub data from a proxy server; allowing the slave mobile terminals to transmit the downloaded sub data to the master mobile terminal through a Wi-Fi direct network; and allowing the master mobile terminal to synthesize the sub data downloaded by itself with an (N-1) number of sub data received from the slave mobile terminals through the Wi-Fi direct network. A data uploading method comprises the steps of: allowing a mobile terminal to set itself as a master mobile terminal and set neighboring mobile terminals as slave mobile terminals; allowing the master mobile terminal to transmit sub data through a Wi-Fi direct network, and to connect to a URL address through a wireless data communication network to upload the sub data assigned to itself; allowing the slave mobile terminals to connect to a URL address of a proxy server through the wireless data communication network to upload the sub data received from the master mobile terminal; and allowing the proxy server to synthesize the sub data which are received from the master mobile terminal and the slave mobile terminals.
