CASTING POLYURETHANE ELASTOMER COMPOSITION

The present invention relates to a casting polyurethane elastomer composition which is excellent in mechanical property, slip resistance, and abrasion resistance and prepared by introducing an acid group into a polyurethane elastomer composition. In more detail, the present invention is characterized in that an isocyanate terminated prepolymer and a liquid resin mixture are mixed at an equivalence ratio, then poured into a mold, and are cured to prepare a product, wherein the isocyanate terminated prepolymer is synthesized by reacting polyol and diisocyanate such that a molar ratio of an isocyanate group to a hydroxyl group (NCO/OH) ranges from 3 to 10, the liquid resin mixture is prepared by mixing polyol, polyol containing an acid group, a cross-linkable low molecular weight compound, and a catalyst. The polyurethane elastomer composition, which is prepared by including the components, has excellent mechanical property and abrasion resistance, and particularly, improved slip resistance property.
