<p>The present invention relates to a puff for a liquid cosmetic and a method for preparing the puff. More particularly, the present invention relates to a puff for a liquid cosmetic and a method for preparing the puff, wherein the puff has a surface where a barrier membrane is formed on to prevent a cosmetic from impregnating into sponge when a cosmetic in a liquid state is applied on skin so that the cosmetic is mixed with the cosmetic retained in sponge during reuse of the puff and to prevent a cosmetic from leak to a side where a handle string is installed. The present invention is characterized in that a foam laminator is laminated on a top of the puff laminator and then conjugated, wherein, the foam laminator is prepared by laminating an envelope in a non-permeable sheet or film form on a surface of polyurethane ester foam; and the puff laminator is prepared by laminating a barrier membrane of 100 mm to 150 mm on a surface of a puff member having water permeability, heating and extruding the resultant at 130°C to 150°C to impregnate a part of the barrier membrane into a surface of the puff member formed by any one material among polyurethane, NBR, and latex for binding.</p> |
