[Classes 7 (ii) and 7 (iii).] To moisten the air supplied to a carburetter 5, the air traverses orifices 7 in a jacket 6 which surrounds a porous tubular member 1 filled with water. The Specification as open to inspection under Sect. 91 (3) (a) also states that the member 1 may be used to moisten the mixture leaving the carburetter. This subject-matter does not appear in the Specification as accepted. |
