The present invention relates to an organic electroluminescence display device capable of improving display quality. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the organic electroluminescence display device comprises: pixels positioned in a region partitioned by scan lines and data lines; a scan driving unit which drives the scan lines; a memory which stores pixel data including threshold voltage and mobility information of a first transistor included in each of the pixels; a timing control unit which changes bits of first data provided from the outside according to the pixel data and generates second data; a data driving unit which generates data signals by using the second data and provides the generated data signals to the data lines; pixels which store a data signal of a current frame and emit light corresponding to an amount of current flowing from a first power supply through an organic light-emitting diode to a second power supply according to a data signal of a previous frame; and a control driving unit which provides a first control signal to a first control line commonly connected to the pixels and provides a second control signal to a second control line.
