摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a remote controller employing a light emitting diode using a polarization of light emitted when an injection charge carrier, which has a spin injection and a spin polarization caused by a spin seebeck tunneling effect occurring in a magnetic tunneling structure, is recombined. The spin thermoelectric light emitting device includes: a contact layer provided at an upper end of a device and formed of a metallic conductive material to transfer external heat into the device; a free layer formed of a ferromagnetic metallic material to allow current having a spin polarization in the direction of the magnetic vector to flow by thermal energy transferred from the outside; a semiconductor layer formed at the lower part of the free layer; and a tunnel barrier provided between the free layer and a semiconductor layer and formed of a nonmagnetic metallic material to distinguish the free layer from the semiconductor layer. The remote controller includes a housing to improve the thermoelectric effect of the remote controller system and a touch plate. There is also provided a method for distinguishing output optical signals. According to the present invention, the thermal energy can be recycled to be used to emit the light, so an additional electric energy is not necessary. Thus, the remote controller system having high energy efficiency can be provided.</p>
