<p>A sheet material comprises a sheet of substrate material (12) having a first surface (16) and a second surface (24). The substrate material (12) comprises a moveable portion (20) having a first edge connected to the remainder of the substrate material (12) and a second edge which is unconnected to the remainder of the substrate material (12). The moveable portion (20) is therefore moveable about the first edge.
