The present invention relates to a fish way device for a fixed weir. The fish way device for a fixed weir comprises: a fish way part which includes a fish way pipe part, a rotary door, and a sealing part; a water wheel which includes a hollow water wheel housing, a water wheel shaft installed on the inner space of the water wheel housing, and a water wheel blade coupled to the water wheel shaft; and a reducer which includes a reducer input shaft coupled to the water wheel shaft, a reducer output shaft arranged in a line with the reducer input shaft, and a reduction gear arranged between the reducer input shaft and the reducer output shaft; a water supply pipe support plate which has a fish passing opening and is installed in the upper region of the fixed weir; a water supply pipe which is manufactured using a flexible material; and a lifting part which lifts up the water supply pipe support plate using the buoyancy of a floater installed in the upper region of the fixed weir. Thereby, the present invention reduces the resistance which fishes receive and which is caused by the velocity of river water when the fishes move from the lower region to the upper region of the fixed weir. |
