The present invention relates to a body slimming shoes for walking and jumping. More specifically, the shoe includes: a cushion part made of an elastic material formed on a lower side of an outsole that supports only a fore portion of a sole of a foot of a user; and a protrusion part which protrudes from a lower side of the cushion part and is made of an elastic material. Therefore, the shoes enhance an exercise effect of walking and jumping and absorb impact and noise from walking and jumping using the protrusion part. Consequently, the shoes do not cause stress on joints of a user and can be easily used indoors. |
