The present invention relates to a system and method for creating an advertisement. There is provided a terminal device comprising: an input unit; a storage unit on which an advertisement creating framework, which consists of at least one among an area defining part, a scene defining part, an animation defining part, and an event registering part is stored; and an advertisement file creating unit which reads the advertisement creating framework from the storage unit, receives advertisement creation information including at least one among area definition information, scene definition information, animation definition information, and event registration information, and codes the advertisement creation information to generate an advertisement file. |
