The present invention relates to a private property management service method and a private property management service system. The private property management service method for accomplishing an objective of the present invention comprises the steps of: registering data about service request of a customer, who requests a financial planning service, on a management server unit of a service provider; activating a communication means on an interface screen for communication between the customer and the service provider; registering a provision date of a financial planning proposal on the management server unit after the step of activating; and delivering the financial planning proposal over a network. The communication means is characterized in that it consists of a text chatting window, a video chatting window, or an animation input window formed on the interface screen, wherein the text chatting window and the video chatting window are provided for enabling communication with a financial planner in charge and the animation input window is provided for entering necessary items according to guidance when creating a proposal for financial planning. |
