<p>The present invention relates to a system for exchanging information through a physical connection only when required in a network separation environment and a method thereof, and more particularly, to a network separation device which has a switch control section between an internal network (work network) server and an external network server to operate in a polling scheme at a required time according to a predetermined time period through a control system connected to the inside and the outside of the internal network or the external network to turn the switch on and off, thus maintaining security. When a signal is sent to a switch control section in the control system connected to the inside and the outside of the internal network server, data transmission and reception is performed in a protocol form of an internal network relay and an external network relay. When completed, the switch control section is maintained to be separated, thus a perfect physical network separation can be performed so that an information leak can be prevented. When data is received by the external server and the corresponding data is required to be transmitted to the internal network (work network), existence of the data is identified in real-time through the control system connected to the inside and the outside of the external network server, a simplified one-way wired/wireless control signal is transmitted to the control system connected the inside and the outside of the internal network server so that a processing close to real-time can be performed according to a determination of the control system.</p> |
