<p>A donor substrate includes a base layer, a photo-thermal conversion layer which is arranged on the base layer, a metal particle layer which is arranged on the base layer and is sintered, and a transfer layer which is arranged on the photo-thermal conversion layer. The metal particle layer discharges static electricity generated in a transfer process of the transfer pattern and a manufacturing process of the donor substrate. Therefore, the prevent invention prevents foreign materials from being attached to the transfer layer by electrostatic attraction. Also, electronic devices formed on an organic light emitting display substrate on which the transfer pattern is arranged are protected from static electricity.</p> |
