The present invention relates to a corynebaterium including polynucleotide coding psicose 3-epimerase and to a method for producing psicose using the same and, more specifically, to a corynebaterium including polynucleotide coding psicose 3-epimerase which includes polynuleotide that codes an enzyme catalyzing fructose into psicose; and wherein the polynucleotide includes amino acid sequence represented by sequence number 1, thereby safely mass producing the psicose from the fructose with high yield, and to a method for producing psicose using the same.
