PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent definition omission of constraint conditions which is a reference value to be referred to when analyzing a configuration of an IT service.SOLUTION: A constraint condition item generation section 2014 specifies a service providing form corresponding to each kind of IT services based on definitions of service providing form information 20221, and extracts a setting object configuration item to be a setting object of constraint conditions from service providing form the information 20221 for the specified service providing form, and extracts configuration item paired with the extracted setting object configuration item from configuration management model information 20222. And a screen display section 2011 shows to a person in charge of configuration management, that a pair of configuration items extracted by the constraint condition item generation section 2014 is the pair of configuration items to set the constraint conditions, for each kind of IT services. |
