CORROSION PREVENTION STRUCTURE OF STUD BOLT IN PRESSURE VESSEL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corrosion prevention structure of stud bolts in a pressure vessel in which the corrosion of the stud bolts can be reliably prevented even if an upper lid is submerged.SOLUTION: A pressure vessel 1 includes: a body member 2 having a body flange 2a and formed of screw holes 2b in the body flange 2a; an upper lid 3 having an upper lid flange 3a and formed of through-holes 3b in the upper lid flange 3a; and stud bolts 4 screwed to the screw holes 2b of the body flange 2a through the through-holes 3b of upper lid flange 3a, and mounting the upper lid flange 3a in the body flange 2a. A corrosion prevention structure of the stud bolts 4 in the pressure vessel 1 is configured by: attaching bolt caps 7 on the part protruding from the through-holes 3b of the upper lid flange 3a in the stud bolts 4; and providing a seal part 8 for sealing a gap by covering the gap between the body flange 2a and the upper lid flange 3a on an outer circumferential surface between the body flange 2a and the upper lid flange 3a.
