<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the crystal impedance value from increasing by reducing vibration leakage.SOLUTION: A crystal vibration element includes a planar crystal piece, an excitation electrode provided on both principal surfaces of the crystal piece, and a routing pattern connected with the excitation electrode and provided at the end of the crystal piece. At the end of the crystal piece where the routing pattern is provided, a recess having a square opening, in plan view, is provided. The recess is formed in a state where a plurality of grooves, provided side by side on the short side of the crystal piece, are communicating.</p> |
