<p>A purpose of the present invention is to provide a floating type facility which is automatically floated on a water surface if an installation site is sunk under water due to flooding of a river or a stream in order not to be sunk under water, lost, or damaged. Disclosed is a floating type facility which includes a base having a wall of predetermined height formed at four directions; a plurality of guide posts vertically stood along a floor edge of the base; a plurality of post holes corresponding to the guide posts formed at the edge to be lifted from an upper portion of the base floor in accordance with the guide posts; a buoyant body having a structure installed at an upper surface; a plurality of guide rollers mounted in predetermined intervals along circumferences of inner surfaces of the post holes to enable the buoyant body to vertically be slid in accordance with the guide posts; guide slots formed on at least both walls facing each other among the four walls of the base to guide and induce the buoyant body to be lowered to an inner space of the base in accordance with a water level; and a guide arm formed at a side surface facing the guide slots of the buoyant body to be lifted in accordance with the guide slots.</p> |
