PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust collector of a blast furnace which can improve dust collection efficiency while suppressing increase of maintenance cost.SOLUTION: A dust collector of a blast furnace includes: a dust collection hood 102 which is arranged above a tap hole formed in a blast furnace body; a suction duct 104 which is connected to the dust collection hood 102 and sucks dust raised at the time of tapping of molten pig iron from the tap hole and discharges the dust to the outside; and a lifting mechanism 110 which is provided between the suction duct 104 and the dust collection hood 102 and moves the dust collection hood 102 vertically up and down. The dust collection hood 102 is moved vertically up and down by the lifting mechanism 110 and the interference with other mobile devices can be avoided.
