PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately control a device in accordance with the individual circumstances of a user.SOLUTION: A controller 120 stores a device-room association table for associating a device with a room installed in a house, a room-user association table for associating a room with a user, and a user's schedule. The controller 120 identifies a room associated with the user which is associated with a schedule by referring to the room-user association table, and identifies a device associated with the identified room by referring to the device-room association table. The controller 120 controls the identified device.
