PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of driving a pump such as a vacuum pump of RCIC or a drain pump only when the entire AC power fails, and to provide a system including the same.SOLUTION: A power source/turbine shaft power changeover driving device for switching driving of a motor by a power source into driving by rotation power of an RCIC turbine pump shaft upon entire AC power failure includes a mechanism for transferring the rotation power of the RCIC turbine pump shaft to a revolving shaft of the motor by being connected to a gear provided on the RCIC turbine pump shaft.
